The Mission of Musical Note Studio and Karen Monroe is to help put music that every child and adult longs for in their hands and ears. The studio and Karen will do this by providing comprehensive music services based on years of experience and training on harp and piano.  Karen Monroe acknowledges that listening to and making music can stimulate the mind, sooth the soul, calm the heart, and break down barriers between peoples and cultures.

She will accomplish this by:

• Providing a happy and patient yet rigorous and structured environment on the piano and harp  teaching and nurturing musical skills and enhancing important life skills.
• Encouraging a love of playing the piano and/or the harp
• Providing traditional music favorites from Western European Art Music, as well as explore music of world cultures, improvisation, pop individualized to support the potential of each student
• Making playing opportunities available within the studio, for families, and in the community.
• Sharing her skills on the piano, harp and organ to others and with others.
